一、服務說明與定位
「秒讀論文」（PaperGlance）是一項 AI 輔助的技術性資料整理與視覺化工具。使用者透過 LINE 傳送論文 PDF，系統依使用者指示自動生成視覺化摘要卡片，協助快速掌握論文核心內容。
本服務之性質為技術工具：
- 平台不建置、不爬取、不主動蒐集任何學術論文資料庫；所有檔案均由使用者自行提供並主動指示處理。
- 本服務由 AI 模型處理與生成內容，非由人類專家撰寫，可能存在疏漏或不精確之處。
- 產出內容僅供參考，不構成學術、醫療、法律、財務或任何專業建議，亦不得作為專業判斷之依據，且不取代閱讀原始論文。
二、著作權聲明
2.1 原始論文之著作權
透過本服務處理的學術論文，其著作權歸屬原作者及／或出版機構所有。本服務不儲存、散布或提供原始論文全文；檔案僅於處理期間暫存（詳第五條）。
2.2 摘要卡片之性質
本服務產出之摘要卡片，係以 AI 模型重新組織、歸納論文核心概念之視覺化摘要，非逐字摘錄；卡片中之資訊圖表、示意圖、版面與配色均為本平台之原創設計模板與 AI 重新生成之圖像，不擷取、重製原論文 PDF 中之原始圖表。
使用者應注意：摘要卡片在著作權法上可能構成對原論文之「改作」。特定利用行為是否構成合理使用，須依各地法律及具體情境個案認定；本服務不保證任何利用情境必然合法，亦不就此提供法律意見。
2.3 原論文標註
每張摘要卡片底部均標註原論文之作者、期刊與年份：

2.4 原創視覺設計
摘要卡片中的視覺元素（圖解、示意圖、版面配置）均由本平台之設計模板與 AI 生成，屬平台之原創設計資產。本服務不以學術出版商之專有視覺排版、印刷格式或原始圖表為提取或散布之標的。
三、使用者責任與擔保
- 合法來源之聲明與擔保：使用者聲明並擔保，其傳送予本服務之 PDF 檔案均為合法取得（例如：開放取用論文、個人合法購買，或透過機構／圖書館訂閱授權下載供個人學術使用之論文），且其上傳與委託處理之行為未侵害任何第三人之權利。違反本項擔保者，應自行承擔全部法律責任。
- 使用範圍原則上限於個人：摘要卡片之利用，原則上限於私人學習、學術研究及非營利之評論用途。任何商業利用（包括但不限於品牌粉絲專頁、營利社群帳號、行銷宣傳、企業內訓教材）前，使用者應自行評估法律風險，並於必要時取得原著作權人之授權。
- 不得逾越原授權範圍：若原論文附有授權條款（例如出版商訂閱協議、Creative Commons 授權之 NC／ND 條件），使用者對摘要卡片之後續利用不得逾越該原授權條款所允許之範圍。
- 使用者轉發或公開分享摘要卡片時，應完整保留卡片上之原論文標註，不得移除、遮蔽或竄改。
- 摘要卡片不得用於冒充原創學術成果，亦不得轉售、再授權或以本服務產出為基礎提供競爭性服務。
- 賠償責任：因使用者違反本條各項擔保或限制，致本服務遭第三人請求、提起訴訟或受主管機關處分者，使用者應賠償本服務因此所受之一切損害（包括但不限於合理之律師費用），並應協助本服務為必要之答辯與防禦。
四、免責聲明與擔保之排除
- AI 生成內容可能包含不精確、遺漏或誤解原文之處（「AI 幻覺」），使用前請自行比對原始論文。
- 產出內容不構成醫療、法律、財務或任何專業建議。使用者在依賴或散布該資訊前，必須與原始同儕審查出版物核對。因未核實 AI 產出內容而導致之任何後果，本服務概不負責。
- 在法律允許之最大範圍內，本服務就產出內容不侵害第三人權利一事，不提供任何明示或默示之擔保（權利瑕疵擔保之排除）；使用者應自行評估其具體利用情境之法律風險，必要時諮詢專業法律意見。
- 本服務不對因使用摘要卡片所產生之任何學術、專業或法律後果承擔責任。
- 本服務保留隨時修改或終止服務內容之權利；終止營運時，未使用額度之處理依第七條辦理。
⚠️ 重要提醒：摘要卡片為 AI 輔助工具，建議搭配原始論文使用。若用於學術寫作，請務必引用原始文獻，而非本摘要卡片。
五、隱私與資料處理
- 本服務僅在處理期間暫存使用者傳送之 PDF 檔案，處理完成後即刪除，不另行保留原始檔案。
- 為證明本服務確實未留存原始檔案並利於爭議處理，系統會保留不含論文內容之「處理紀錄」：檔案雜湊值（hash）、接收與刪除之時間戳記，及匿名化之使用統計。處理紀錄僅用於法遵證明、爭議處理與服務改善。
- 本服務不會將使用者之論文內容分享予第三方，亦不會用於訓練 AI 模型。
- 金流資料：付款程序由第三方支付服務商處理，本服務不接觸、不儲存信用卡卡號等支付敏感資訊；訂單與交易紀錄依稅務及相關法令規定之期間保存。
六、著作權爭議處理（通知與處理機制）
若您為原論文著作權人或出版機構，認為本服務之運作或摘要卡片侵害您的權益，請透過 LINE 官方帳號 @020yhcfz 與我們聯繫，並提供：(1) 權利人身分與權利證明；(2) 系爭論文或卡片之識別資訊（如 DOI、卡片截圖）；(3) 具體主張。
我們將於收到完整通知後 7 個工作天內回覆，並得視情況採取以下措施：停止處理系爭論文（列入處理黑名單）、通知相關使用者，或其他適當之處置。
七、付費方案與退費
- 付費方案之內容、價格與額度，以購買頁面公告為準。
- 付款透過第三方支付服務商「應援科技股份有限公司（Oen）」提供之安全付款頁面完成，交易款項依第三方支付相關法規存入銀行信託專戶保管。本服務不經手、不儲存您的信用卡卡號等支付敏感資訊。
- 本服務所販售之額度屬「非以有形媒介提供之數位內容及一經提供即為完成之線上服務」。您於購買時已同意本服務於付款完成後立即開通額度，依《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》，額度開通後不適用消費者保護法第 19 條之七日解除權。
- 退費規則：
- 付款完成後、尚未使用任何額度前，得於購買日起 7 日內透過 LINE 官方帳號申請全額退費；
- 一經使用任一額度，即視為服務已開始提供，除本服務另有公告外，恕不退費；
- 額度無使用期限，於本服務存續期間內均為有效；若本服務終止營運，將於終止日前至少 30 日透過 LINE 官方帳號公告，屆時尚未使用之額度得申請按比例退費。
- 退費經確認後，由第三方支付服務商依原付款方式辦理退還（退刷），實際入帳時間依發卡銀行作業為準。
- 交易完成後，系統將發送交易通知至您於付款頁面提供之電子信箱；交易憑證依購買頁面之說明開立。
八、條款修訂
本條款可能不定期更新。重大變更將透過 LINE 官方帳號通知使用者。繼續使用本服務即視為同意最新版本之條款。
本條款以中文及英文作成，如兩種版本有歧異或解釋上之爭議，以中文版為準。本條款之準據法為中華民國法律。
1. About This Service
PaperGlance (秒讀論文) is an AI-assisted technical data-organization and visualization tool. Users send a research paper PDF via LINE, and the system generates a visual summary card at the user's instruction to help quickly grasp the paper's key findings.
Nature of the Service:
- The platform does not build, crawl, or proactively collect any database of academic papers; all files are supplied by users, who initiate each processing request.
- All content is generated by AI models, not written by human experts, and may contain inaccuracies or omissions.
- Output is for reference only. It does not constitute academic, medical, legal, financial, or any professional advice, and must not be relied upon as the basis for professional judgment. It does not replace reading the original paper.
2. Copyright Notice
2.1 Original Paper Copyright
All academic papers processed through this Service remain the intellectual property of their original authors and/or publishers. The Service does not store, distribute, or provide the full text of original papers; files are held only temporarily during processing (see Section 5).
2.2 Nature of Summary Cards
Summary cards are AI-reorganized, synthesized visual summaries of a paper's core concepts — not verbatim excerpts. All infographics, diagrams, layouts, and color schemes are the platform's original design templates combined with newly AI-generated imagery; no original figures from the source PDF are extracted or reproduced.
Please note: under copyright law, a summary card may constitute a "derivative work" of the original paper. Whether any particular use qualifies as fair use depends on applicable law and the specific circumstances of each case. The Service does not warrant that any use scenario is lawful and does not provide legal advice.
2.3 Source Attribution
Every summary card includes attribution at the bottom:

Attribution reflects academic ethics and statutory attribution obligations; it does not itself constitute a license, nor does it automatically establish fair use.
2.4 Original Visual Design
All visual elements in summary cards (illustrations, diagrams, layouts) are generated from the platform's design templates and AI models, and constitute the platform's original design assets. The Service does not target, extract, or redistribute publishers' proprietary layouts, typography, or graphical assets.
3. User Responsibilities and Warranties
- Warranty of lawful source. You represent and warrant that every PDF you submit was lawfully obtained (e.g., open-access publications, personally purchased copies, or papers downloaded under an institutional/library subscription for personal academic use), and that your submission and processing request do not infringe any third party's rights. You bear full legal responsibility for any breach of this warranty.
- Personal use by default. Summary cards are intended for private study, academic research, and non-commercial commentary. Before any commercial use (including brand pages, monetized social accounts, marketing, or corporate training materials), you must assess the legal risks yourself and, where necessary, obtain authorization from the original rights holder.
- No use beyond the original license. Where the original paper is subject to license terms (e.g., a publisher subscription agreement, or Creative Commons NC/ND conditions), your use of the summary card must not exceed the scope permitted by that original license.
- When sharing summary cards publicly, you must retain the original-paper attribution intact; it may not be removed, obscured, or altered.
- Summary cards must not be misrepresented as original academic work, and may not be resold, sublicensed, or used to build a competing service.
- Indemnification. If your breach of this Section results in any third-party claim, lawsuit, or regulatory action against the Service, you shall indemnify the Service for all resulting damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and shall assist in its defense.
4. Disclaimer and Exclusion of Warranties
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations ("AI hallucinations"). Please verify against the original paper before use.
- Output does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or any professional advice. You must cross-reference the output with the original peer-reviewed publication before relying on or distributing it. The Service assumes no liability for consequences arising from unverified AI-generated content.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service disclaims all express or implied warranties that the output does not infringe third-party rights (exclusion of warranty against defects in title). You are responsible for assessing the legal risks of your specific use and seeking professional legal advice where necessary.
- The Service assumes no liability for any academic, professional, or legal consequences arising from the use of summary cards.
- The Service reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time; upon discontinuation, unused quotas are handled in accordance with Section 7.
⚠️ Important: Summary cards are AI-assisted tools and should be used alongside the original paper. For academic writing, always cite the original publication, not the summary card.
5. Privacy & Data Handling
- PDF files are stored only temporarily during processing and are deleted upon completion; original files are not retained.
- To evidence that original files are not retained and to facilitate dispute resolution, the system keeps content-free "processing records": file hashes, receipt and deletion timestamps, and anonymized usage statistics. These records are used solely for compliance evidence, dispute handling, and service improvement.
- The Service does not share user-submitted paper content with third parties, nor use it to train AI models.
- Payment data: payment processing is handled by the third-party payment provider; the Service does not access or store credit card numbers or other sensitive payment data. Order and transaction records are retained for the periods required by tax and other applicable laws.
6. Copyright Dispute Resolution (Notice & Response)
If you are a rights holder or publisher and believe the Service or a summary card infringes your rights, please contact us via LINE Official Account @020yhcfz with: (1) proof of identity and rights ownership; (2) identification of the paper or card at issue (e.g., DOI, screenshot); and (3) the specific claim.
We will respond within 7 business days of receiving a complete notice and may, as appropriate, cease processing the paper in question (blocklist), notify the relevant user, or take other suitable measures.
7. Paid Plans & Refunds
- Plan contents, pricing, and quotas are as published on the purchase page.
- Payments are processed through the secure payment page of our third-party payment provider, Oen Technology Co., Ltd. (應援科技); transaction funds are held in a bank trust account in accordance with Taiwan's third-party payment regulations. The Service does not handle or store your credit card number or other sensitive payment data.
- Quotas sold by the Service constitute "digital content not delivered on a tangible medium / online services completed upon provision." By purchasing, you agree that quotas are activated immediately upon payment; pursuant to the Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales, the seven-day rescission right under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act does not apply once quotas are activated.
- Refund policy:
- Before any quota is used, you may request a full refund via the LINE Official Account within 7 days of purchase;
- Once any quota has been used, the service is deemed provided and no refund will be given unless otherwise announced;
- Quotas do not expire and remain valid for as long as the Service is in operation. If the Service is discontinued, at least 30 days' notice will be given via the LINE Official Account, and unused quotas may then be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- Approved refunds are processed by the third-party payment provider via the original payment method; actual crediting time depends on the issuing bank.
- Upon completion of a transaction, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide on the payment page; transaction receipts are issued as described on the purchase page.
8. Amendments
These terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the LINE Official Account. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
These terms are prepared in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute of interpretation between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
